What is Source Code?
Source Code is a gentle, non-invasive technique that helps identify inherited trauma or trauma markers in the body. We then use guided relaxation techniques to release these patterns and "rewire" the body's programming toward safety and resilience. Drawing from research on epigenetics- how experiences can influence gene expression. This approach supports your nervous system in softening stress responses and fostering lasting balance and well-being.
How does trauma affect genes, and can this really change that?
Science shows trauma can influence epigenetics- how genes are turned "on" or "off". Our body holds the ability to change the expression of our genetic code in response to our environment this is referred to as DNA plasticity. It is the reason why our bodies are able to adapt overtime to new environments. This technique uses awareness and relaxation to help soften those patterns, helping your nervous system reorganize for more balance.
What happens during a session?
During a session I map out inherited trauma in the body. We map the emotion and the location in the body it is stored. Then once we have knowlege of the trauma markers in the body. I gently guide you into a relaxed state and give suggestions to "Un-do" the trauma markers.
Is this safe, and do I need to relive trauma?
Yes is this 100% safe. This techiniqe is non-invasive. Mapping of the inheritied trauma in the body requires no physical touching.
No, you do not need to relive trauma to release it. Awareness is enough.
What should I expect to feel afterward?
Many feel lighter, more grounded, and calmer right after session. With ongoing releases over days or weeks. You may notice less reactivity to stress, better sleep, and a sense of ease in your body.
